01/31/09 - Early Edition

Physical therapy has been going great. My groin is doing much better and I'm feeling almost back to normal. Which means that its time to start training quads, hams and glutes again. Hey Men,
Well I guess I mentioned a while back that I had pulled some muscles in my groin area. I was overly aggressive at the gym one day while doing some hip abduction exercises for my glutes and thighs. Hey Men,
What a great New Year so far. We're back at the gym full force, eating right and getting in plenty of cardio and you know what that means (plenty of fucking).
